This is where home really is, so we concentrating on making it as nice an environment for you to relax in as we can. Here’s how we do it:

Start by clearing clutter to give you room to clean.
Box up all loose items with no-fixed-abode.
Dust down the ceiling and corners of walls.
Spot wash walls,, doorknobs, doors, and light switches.
Dust and clean the frames and glass of all wall art and photos with a wet cloth.
Take down curtains and blinds to wash or have cleaned according to the manufacturer's directions.
Vacuum and clean windowsills and corners.
Wash the insides and outsides of the windows.
Dust and clean out the couches and chairs, removing all cushions and cleaning individually.
Dust down and clean all lamps and lampshades and VERY CAREFULLY clean all objets d’art-cum-family silver using the appropriate techniques.
Remove books from bookshelves, dusting down the books while you go, and the shelves when empty.
Dust coffee tables and any electronics including the television and screen.
Clean the carpets and rugs by vacuuming and spot treating and full carpet cleaning where necessary (and agreed with you, the client).
Clean the doormats inside and outside your door(s) so mud is not as easily spread about the house.
