- We only hire one in every 60 applicants after an exhaustive selection and vetting process.
- All our domestic staff are fully insured to operate in all but industrial environments.
- We replace our staff (with your consent) if there is ever a legitimate absence - in the rare case of an absence for which there.
- We manage to be so competitive by keeping cleaners in their local area, taking out travel time and cost and undercutting our major rivals while still supplying the same quality service.
- We do not believe in long term contracts. Simply, the cost of a clean for the first three weeks is as a one off £12.50, the cost of a clean up to 6weeks is as a short term cost £11 and above six weeks is at the low cost of £9.50 per hour.
YOU ONLY PAY THE HIGHER RATES IF YOU TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT WITHIN THAT SPECIFIC PAY PERIOD. IF YOU CONTINUE PAST THE SIXTH WEEK, THE FIRST TO THE LAST CLEAN IS PAYABLE AT THE LOWEST RATE.
- All our cleaners are COSSH trained and trained to use any product or machine that they use.

All work undertaken will meet
standards agreed with the client.
If agreed standards are not met
then Pure Sparkle returns and cleans for
free until the standards have been met.
