What does it cost? Price should never be the deciding factor in choosing a carpet cleaner, but generally beware the very low price. If you want a high-quality level of service, you must not expect bargain basement prices. We will give you an email or telephone estimate, but normally need to inspect your carpet to confirm any quote. Make sure that you give an adequate description of your entire home, including whether you have pets and if your carpets are stained. Most cleaners charge by the 'standard' room starting at as little as £17 but this lacks clarity – what is a standard room? We charge by the square meter, starting at £2 per £2. We have different grades that refer to the type and condition of the carpet un to £5 per m2. and refer to EACH and EVERY m2 of a property. This enables us to give you a specific, understandable and accountable quote – and also means that the cost of a room, or job does not shoot up because of one stained area. A telephone quote will always be confirmed OR adjusted on arrival. A price is then confirmed before any work is commenced. Included in the price is basic spot removal, pre-vacuuming and moving furniture (with the exception of large or delicate items). We can offer extras such as deodorising, sanitising (to kill bacteria and REDUCE the risk of allergens) and carpet protection (which forms a protective but not impenetrable layer on your carpet). BEWARE: the old ‘bait and switch’ routine is the most common trap. A tiny price then a bill the length of the doomsday book with extras and add-ons.
